- TODD CLARKPresident/CEO, CO-OP Financial Services
Todd Clark became President/CEO of CO-OP Financial Services on June 27, 2016, bringing with him a 25-year career featuring a unique mix of start-up and corporate experience in the payments industry. Clark served most recently as SVP/Head of STAR Network and Debit Processing for First Data Corporation, where he had full profit and loss responsibility for the EFT Group. In this capacity, he led a team of more than 600 product, strategy, communications, strategic sales, technology, operations and support personnel. Prior to First Data, Clark was an executive with Cardtronics, Inc., and also served in a prior capacity at First Data from 1991 to 2012.
- JOHN BUZZARDAccount Executive - Fraud Specialist, CO-OP Financial Services
John Buzzard is an Account Executive and Fraud Expert for CO-OP Financial Services-the largest credit union service organization in the US. Mr. Buzzard has delivered significant influence in card fraud, risk and security services for financial institutions throughout the United States. His years at FICO (Fair Isaac Corporation) provided an open forum for his many literary contributions that included interviews, public discussions, presentations and written publications in various media’s such as local NBC and Fox News, Wall Street Journal, BankInfoSecurity.com and ATMMarketplace.com to name a few. Additional accomplishments include a number of white papers, speaking opportunities with various organizations in the EFT/Banking industry, blogging and creation of the Fraud Alert Network that all provide educational and directional fraud, risk and security information to hundreds of financial institutions and law enforcement agencies throughout the US.
- Jackie ScheuerleinVP, Relationship Management
Jackie Scheuerlein is Vice President, Relationship Management, at CO-OP Financial Services. Joining the company in 2001, Scheuerlein has previously held positions as Business Development Manager, National Relationship Manager (NRM) and, since December 2011, as Director, Relationship Management. As Vice President, Relationship Management, Scheuerlein is responsible for CO-OP’s relationship managers, overseeing and setting the direction for initiatives that affect retention, add on sales and client satisfaction.
- Tonya SierackiStrategic Account Executive
Tonya Sieracki is a Strategic Account Executive specializing in CO-OP Products and Technology. As an Account Executive, Tonya works closely with the Product and Business Development teams to provide tactical technical knowledge and direction based on the vast suite of CO-OP’s products and services to our client members.
- Walter FurnaceGovernment & Industry Relations Manager
Walter Furnace currently serves as the Government & Industry Relations Manager for American Airlines Federal Credit Union. Walter’s career path spans 43 years that includes a 12 year stint in public life serving as an elected official including 4 years as a member of the School Board in Anchorage, Alaska with one year as President of the Board and eight years as a member of the State of Alaska Legislature, House of Representatives. He later began working in the financial services industry, starting as a commercial banker for almost 10 years, three years as a mortgage lender before finally discovering the credit union industry, particularly American Airlines Credit Union, where he has spent 18 years combining his banking and public life experience to the benefit of the Credit Union.
Working in the banking, mortgage lending and the credit union worlds has given Walter a true appreciation of the value of credit unions to our collective membership. He is passionately dedicated to the credit union philosophy and seeks every opportunity to be a “Cheerleader for Credit Unions” when presenting before members of the State Legislature and National Congress. Walter is a CUDE, a graduate of the South West Cuna Management School and was recognized as the winner of the prestigious NAFCU, “Paul Revere Award in 2014 for Outstanding Grassroots Advocacy.
