Todd Clark became President/CEO of CO-OP Financial Services on June 27, 2016, bringing with him a 25-year career featuring a unique mix of start-up and corporate experience in the payments industry. Clark served most recently as SVP/Head of STAR Network and Debit Processing for First Data Corporation, where he had full profit and loss responsibility for the EFT Group. In this capacity, he led a team of more than 600 product, strategy, communications, strategic sales, technology, operations and support personnel. Prior to First Data, Clark was an executive with Cardtronics, Inc., and also served in a prior capacity at First Data from 1991 to 2012.
- Paul LoveChief Information Security Officer, CO-OP Financial Services
Love brings more than 25 years of information security and technology experience to his role at CO-OP, including positions with the U.S. Marine Corps, Schlumberger, Fifth Third Bank, Standard Financial Group, Microsoft, Ernst & Young, Ally Financial, Cetera Financial Group and Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. (Freddie Mac), where most recently he served as Senior Director of Governance, Risk and Compliance. Love has co-authored several books on technology as well. At CO-OP, he is responsible for managing and strengthening the firm’s approach to security, and for protecting client credit unions and their members from fraud.
- Jackie ScheuerleinVP, Relationship Management
Jackie Scheuerlein is Vice President, Relationship Management, at CO-OP Financial Services. Joining the company in 2001, Scheuerlein has previously held positions as Business Development Manager, National Relationship Manager (NRM) and, since December 2011, as Director, Relationship Management. As Vice President, Relationship Management, Scheuerlein is responsible for CO-OP’s relationship managers, overseeing and setting the direction for initiatives that affect retention, add on sales and client satisfaction.
- Michelle ThorntonDirector, Product Development
Michelle Thornton is Director, Product Development, for CO-OP Financial Services, a financial technology provider to credit unions based in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. (www.co-opfs.org). Thornton joined CO-OP in September 2009, and has 18 years of experience in the financial services market. With more than two decades of general management and product experience in both service and manufacturing industries, Michelle has accumulated a well-rounded and unique blend of operational, marketing and strategic planning expertise. Prior to CO-OP Financial Services, Michelle worked for Harland Clarke, formerly Liberty Enterprises, an organization designed exclusively for credit unions.
