As an early executive at Facebook – and sister of founder Mark Zuckerberg – Randi Zuckerberg didn’t just catch the social media wave as it broke: She helped create that wave. Now she focuses on the “Dot Complicated” relationships people have with technology and social media.

Just minutes before her presentation at THINK 14 Zuckerberg shared her thoughts on how credit unions might fit into a newly integrated world: “There are opportunities through tech and social media to establish a more personal relationship [with members], to make them feel like they’re not handing their money over to a nameless, faceless financial institution – that they’re handing it over to someone they have a relationship with.”
