Susan Cantrell is a research fellow with the Accenture Institute for High Performance specializing in conducting original research and providing innovative thinking in the area of talent management.  Cantrell is an award-winning author who has written or co-written more than 30 articles or book chapters for such publications as The Wall Street Journal, MIT Sloan Management Review, and Strategy & Leadership.
