COVID-19 Update

We have been monitoring the COVID-19 situation daily and our utmost concern is for the health of our clients, attendees, partners and staff planning to attend THINK.

After talking with many of you, Board members and stakeholders, and in an abundance of caution, we have made the decision to postpone the THINK conference and move the dates from May 4-7 to August 17-20 in Dallas.

In addition, we plan to produce a one-day, digital THINK experience in May; and hope that you will be able to join for both: the digital experience and the in-person event at the Omni in Dallas in August!

Your safety and that of our staff, is the primary driver of our decision.  If you are currently registered for THINK, you will automatically be registered for both the digital and new live event dates in August.

What is the status of THINK 20?
After talking with many of you, Board members and stakeholders, and in an abundance of caution, we have made the decision to postpone the THINK conference and move the dates from May 4-7 to August 17-20 in Dallas. In addition, we plan to produce a one-day, digital THINK experience on May 7; and hope that you will be able to join for both: the digital experience and the in-person event at the Omni in Dallas in August!

What happens to my current THINK 20 registration?
If you are currently registered for THINK, you will automatically be registered for both the digital and new live event dates in August.

What if I cannot make the new August 17-20 dates?
You may transfer your registration to a colleague by emailing marketing@coop.org. If you prefer to cancel and receive a refund, click here, enter your confirmation code and select “unregister”. A refund will be processed in 7-10 business days. All refund requests must be submitted by August 1, 2020 at 11:59pm EST to receive a full refund.

How will this affect my travel plans?
Please contact your airline as soon as possible to change plans and make alternative arrangements. Many airlines are switching airfares free of charge at this time.
If you already booked a room at the Omni, we will transfer it to the new dates for you. Confirmation emails will be sent to each existing reservation with the new dates and confirmation numbers in the near future.
