COVID-19 Update

We have been monitoring the COVID-19 situation daily and our utmost concern is for the health of our clients, attendees, partners and staff planning to attend THINK.

Because of the continued uncertainty of near-future travel and an unwavering focus on the health and safety of our credit union partners and staff, CO-OP has made the difficult decision to cancel the in-person THINK conference August 18-20 in Dallas. Instead, we will be shifting and expanding our remaining 2020 event calendar to produce a series of THINK virtual events designed around your credit union, your role, and your members’ most pressing needs. These events will be offered free of charge, with a full schedule to be announced in the coming weeks.

FAQs

How can I register for the new events? Will there be a cost?
A new landing page containing all the dates and details for the new events will be made available shortly, with links to register for each event as you choose. All the THINK 20 Virtual events will be complimentary and registration for each event will be available soon.

What happens to my current THINK 20 registration?
If you are currently a paid registrant for our in person THINK conference in Dallas, you are eligible to choose among 3 options for your registration fee refund:

  • Direct your full refund toward a tax-deductible donation to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals here by June 23.
  • Self-cancel and obtain your full refund here. Please use your confirmation code located within your original conference registration confirmation email.
  • Take no action and we will automatically issue your full refund after June 23.

Will you cancel my hotel reservation or do I need to do that?
If you booked your Omni Dallas hotel reservation through the THINK website, it will be canceled on your behalf, and your deposit will automatically be refunded. (Please note, it may take until your next billing cycle to see the credit.)  Be on the lookout for an email from The Omni confirming your cancellation.
