  • TODD CLARK
    TODD CLARK
    President/CEO, CO-OP Financial Services

    Todd Clark became President/CEO of CO-OP Financial Services on June 27, 2016, bringing with him a 25-year career featuring a unique mix of start-up and corporate experience in the payments industry. Clark served most recently as SVP/Head of STAR Network and Debit Processing for First Data Corporation, where he had full profit and loss responsibility for the EFT Group. In this capacity, he led a team of more than 600 product, strategy, communications, strategic sales, technology, operations and support personnel. Prior to First Data, Clark was an executive with Cardtronics, Inc., and also served in a prior capacity at First Data from 1991 to 2012.

    JOHN BUZZARD
    Account Executive - Fraud Specialist, CO-OP Financial Services

    John Buzzard is an Account Executive and Fraud Expert for CO-OP Financial Services-the largest credit union service organization in the US.  Mr. Buzzard has delivered significant influence in card fraud, risk and security services for financial institutions throughout the United States.   His years at FICO (Fair Isaac Corporation) provided an open forum for his many literary contributions that included interviews, public discussions, presentations and written publications in various media’s such as local NBC and Fox News, Wall Street Journal, BankInfoSecurity.com and ATMMarketplace.com to name a few.  Additional accomplishments include a number of white papers, speaking opportunities with various organizations in the EFT/Banking industry, blogging and creation of the Fraud Alert Network that all provide educational and directional fraud, risk and security information to hundreds of financial institutions and law enforcement agencies throughout the US.

    Jackie Scheuerlein
    VP, Relationship Management

    Jackie Scheuerlein is Vice President, Relationship Management, at CO-OP Financial Services. Joining the company in 2001, Scheuerlein has previously held positions as Business Development Manager, National Relationship Manager (NRM) and, since December 2011, as Director, Relationship Management. As Vice President, Relationship Management, Scheuerlein is responsible for CO-OP’s relationship managers, overseeing and setting the direction for initiatives that affect retention, add on sales and client satisfaction.

  • Adrianne Adufutse
    Adrianne Adufutse
    Regional Sales Manager, Credit Executive

    Adrianne Adufutse works as a Credit Executive at CO-OP Financial Services, a technology company for credit unions. Adrianne supports the sales team with new opportunities related to credit card processing. She also provides technical expertise to support sales growth and critical conversion planning prior to formal handoff to operations.

    Before joining the sales team in early 2015, Adrianne worked in operations, at CO-OP, as a Senior Analyst where she was responsible for managing large-scale conversions and implementation projects. She also held a variety of cross functional positions in several areas within the organization including project management, operations, and shared branching.

    In 2008, Adrianne earned an Associate of Science degree in Accounting from Baker College. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Central Michigan University, in 2013. Adrianne is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification. She is currently enrolled at Walsh College where she is working to complete her Master of Science in Finance degree.

    Adrianne currently resides in Sterling Heights, Michigan.

    VP of Relationship Management

    Robert Keil recently joined Ondot Systems as VP of Relationship Management. Ondot is the engine behind Co-Op’s CardNav offering. Robert got his start in banking over 30 years ago in Germany where worked in several different areas such as commercial lending, mortgage lending, import and export financing as well as the Munich stock exchange. Some time after relocating to the US he re-entered the world of financial services and spent the last 16 years with another payment processor in various different executive roles. He is excited to combine his experience in the payment industry with Ondot’s market leading technology to help credit unions enhance their card offering.

  • Sharon Lindeman
    Sharon Lindeman
    Vice President Regulatory Advocacy

    Sharon Lindeman joined the California and Nevada Credit Union Leagues as vice president of regulatory advocacy in March 2013. Prior to joining the Leagues, she served 21 years in various compliance capacities at SchoolsFirst FCU, most recently as the operations compliance manager. Sharon was instrumental in establishing the Southern California Credit Union Compliance Professionals (CUCP) group and served as the CUCP’s president for the first two years. As a credit union advocate, Sharon works to reduce regulatory burden by maintaining effective relationships with regulators and championing credit unions’ involvement in the regulatory process.

    CUNA Engagement Consultant

    Nate has 20 years of hands-on experience in Financial Services, Executive Management and Retail Sales & Marketing with both Banks and Credit Unions. He currently services as CUNA Engagement Consultant for California, Nevada, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and New Mexico. In this capacity, he helps State Leagues, Credit Unions and Business Partners with issues relating to Government Affairs, Advocacy, Compliance and Community Outreach. Before joining CUNA, he worked at Patelco Credit Union for nearly 10 years as Executive Director of Credit Union Affairs, Director of Business Development and Regional Director of Branches. Additionally, he has Executive Management experience in the Banking world, serving in this capacity for Bank One, J.P. Morgan Chase and Zion’s Bank Corp.

    Nate has always had a passion for helping others and is involved with numerous organizations dedicated to helping those in need. He serve on the Supervisory Committee for the Children’s Hospital in Oakland, Board Member for the Children’s Miracle Network Northern California golf tournament, Board Member for the Children’s Miracle Network Sacramento 10 Mile Run and Board Member for Western CUNA Management School Alumni Association.

    He is a graduate of Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business, 2011 graduate of Western CUNA Management School (Pomona College) and became a Certified Credit Union Development Educator in 2016. Nate resides in Walnut Creek California with his wife Natalie and two children Addison and Jefferson.

    Phong is SVP, Corporate Strategy & Global Business Development at Feedzai, an agile machine learning platform for fraud and fraud risk management. Previously, Phong led the launch of multiple financial services programs across 5 continents working in the Financial Services & Payments Industry at Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, Visa, Mastercard, Obopay, Accenture, and Experian.
